Socrates believed that wrong doing is a consequence of ignorance and that the best way to live is on self development rather then material wealth so in a way he is saying, "its the strive not the finish of life or a goal." similarly to "A Pursuit of Happyness"- "Everyone has the right to the pursuit of happiness . . ." this is what I was thinking about during this symposium as we spoke about love, happiness, bravery, courage, justice and knowledge, because the movie depicted a lot of these emotions and cardinal virtues.
